Beachfront Land Belize
Resolved Question: Anyone think it’s a good idea to invest in Beachfront Land overseas?
I live on the east coast of the US and have vacationed to a few countries recently where beautiful Beachfront 1/4 and 1/2 acre lots can be had for as low as $100k (bahammas and Belize). I know each country is different, but would anyone suggest doing this as an real estate investent, or are there probably better investments to be made locally?
