I am looking for a few recommendations for inexpensive Beach front properties. Anywhere in the world is fine with a few exceptions:
1) It must be a republic.
2) Water must be beautiful (green or blue)
3) Sand or rock makes no difference.
4) Preferably where the atmosphere is laid back.
